Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) with the following options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: €12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We appreciate your patience as your precious fragrance makes its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Guerlain Boutique purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition
  • A proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt)

Important Hygiene Notice:

For hygiene reasons, the following personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Bâton déodorant (deodorant stick)
  • Déodorant vaporisateur (spray deodorant)
  • Baume après rasage (after-shave balm)
  • Crème pour le corps (body cream)
  • Brume pour le corps (body mist)

These products, like the heart notes of a fine fragrance, become too personal once they’ve touched your skin to be reintegrated into our collection.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template below to facilitate the process.
  2. Our team will send you a return authorization with shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
  4. Attach the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your local post office or courier service.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Follow the same process as for a return
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the new desired item
  • We will ship the new item once the return is received and approved
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the new item has a different price

International Returns

For our international customers outside of France:

  • International returns must be sent with a tracked service
  • International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
